Big Sur 185 European Laundered Linen

The 185 dressweight linen is our go to linen for all dress making and is what we use for many of our samples. It is a great match for all of our patterns, dresses, tops and loose fitting trousers.
This linen also works well for lighter curtains for a casual less refined look. Carolyn wears the Etta dress in Milk 185.
Produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen fabric.

AZO Free yarn dyed cloth, handwoven by Artisans in Indian. This special cloth has irregularities that are all part of its charm and are not considered flaws.

Huckleberry Indian Cotton

Traditional hand block and dye techniques are used to make this wonderful rural cloth. Indian cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
