Shipping & Pick Ups

Shipping Within NZ

Orders within NZ are sent by NZ Post Courier for a flat fee of $9.50 (including rural).Orders above $100 are eligible for free shipping. You can expect your order to ship within 24 hours during the week and all orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

All orders within NZ are tracked and you will receive your tracking link by email.

Local Pick Up

We are located in Waipū 30 minutes from Whangārei. For any locals or visits to the area you are welcome to pick up your orders. Just choose ‘pick up’ at checkout and we’ll be in touch with instructions on where to find us.

Shipping to Australia

We offer 2 different options for shipping to Australia
– NZ Post Tracked International Mail: delivery within 2-4 weeks (estimated timeframe only) – $15
– DHL Express International Courier: delivery within 2-3 business days for metro areas, more for rural – $25

Additionally, all orders over $200NZD will be eligible for free shipping.

Rest of the World Shipping

We ship worldwide using the NZ Post Tracked International Mail Service and have found this to be the most cost effective option for customer. For delivery times you can check out the NZ Post website for the most up to date information, typical timeframes are 2-4 weeks.
