Oilskin, dry oilskin, mid weight cotton canvas or drill, corduroy, mid weight denim (8-14oz) & wool coating.
Lining suggestions – wool sherpa, mid weight wool, 3-6oz cotton.

- 0.3m self (outer layer).
- 0.3m lining.
- 1 x strip of Merchant & Mills pre made rib or 0.2M/1/4YD ribbing*.
Rib stretch:
The ribs we have used for this pattern stretch by half again. If using an alternative, always check rib stretch on a 10cm measurement. If it stretches to less than 15cm, cut with generous seam allowance (5cm) then pin, tack and try on.
