How to order

Fabric

All fabrics are priced per metre, with the exception of items marked “remnant” which are priced for the piece. 

You can purchase fabric in 10cm increments and there is no minimum order quantity. 

Samples

You can purchase a sample pack of up to 5 swatches here for just $1 plus $5.50 postage.

A0 Printing

Each A0 page printed is a cost of $6.

If you have a 36” format file to be printed the cost is $6 per 1200mm. If you aren’t sure of the dimensions of the file just send it through to shop@joans.co.nz and we will confirm this for you.

Changes

If you place an order and have a change or heart or realise you’ve left something out, never fear, just email shop@joans.co.nz right away and we will be happy to amend your order wherever possible.

Returns

If you are not happy with the fabric you receive for any reason please do not hesitate to contact shop@joans.co.nz.
