Main fabric: Lightweight non-stretch fabric (such as duoplex, cotton poplin, or quilting cottons). Note: Most non-stretch fabrics have a little mechanical stretch on the bias, which is desirable for this pattern. If your fabric does not have this, the cup fit will be more snug.
Lining: Lightweight non-stretch fabrics (such as 15 denier bra cup lining or nylon tricot). Note: Most non-stretch fabrics have a little mechanical stretch on the bias, which is desirable for this pattern. If your fabric does not have this, the cup fit will be more snug.
Back band: Mid- to heavy-weight stretch fabric with up to 50% stretch (such as nylon/spandex power mesh)

Interfacing: 2" x 10" (5 cm x 25 cm) piece of lightweight woven fusible interfacing (for zipper guard)
Band elastic: 1 1/2 yd (1.4 m) of 3/4" (19 mm) wide plush back elastic with optional picot edge
Underarm and neckline elastic: 3 3/8 yd (3.1 m) of 3/8"-1/2" (10-12 mm) wide plush back elastic with optional picot edge
Underwire channeling: 1 1/8 yd (1.1 m) of 3/8"-1/2" (10-12 mm) wide plush backed underwire channeling
Underwires: One pair of regular heavy duty underwires
Hook and eye: One set of 1/2" (12 mm) large size (coat style)
Zipper: Molded #3 separating zipper, at least 6 3/4" (17 cm) long
Needle: Universal or microtex needle, hand needle
Thread: Regular thread
