Returns / Exchanges
If you have ordered fabric or notions and are not happy with them for any reason contact shop@joans.co.nz to discuss a return or exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital pattern sales are final and cannot be returned due to the nature of digital products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
