Papao is a tapered wrap pant with an asymmetrical closure, extra-high waist and cropped seven-eighths length. The adjustable wrap removes the need for elastic, buttons or zips, and the pattern can be made with or without a front pocket.

Light denim, twill, canvas, gabardine, medium weight linen or medium weight wovens such as cotton or wool flannel, chambray, poplin. Avoid very fluid fabrics such as tencel and rayon.
