Checkmate Checkers
are exactly what our garment loving hearts needed. A double cloth fabric that is 100% reversible (ie. no lining needed!). Made from soft 100% cotton and offered in a bunch of fun and unique color combinations. Checkmate is perfect for apparel, home decor, and we’ve even used it for quilting. The large colored squares measure 7/8″ x 1″.

Instructions
We recommend prewashing all fabrics in the same manner intended for the final good in order to minimize unexpected shrinking. Otherwise it is always best to hand wash with mild, bleach-free detergent, and hang-dry fabrics for best results. If machine washing is your preferred method, we suggest washing in cold water with like colors on gentle cycle using a mild, bleach-free detergent. Dry on low-heat tumble setting to minimize shrinkage.

We recommend prewashing before cutting, using the same method you intend to use for the finished garment.
