The Devon Waistcoat is a relaxed, versatile layer that can move easily between seasons. Different fastening choices change the character of the garment, while the fully lined construction allows anything from a lightweight summer version to a warm wool, quilted or fleece-backed layer.

It includes a patch pocket and can even be made reversible depending on the fabrics chosen. The lining is bagged out for a clean finish, making this an intermediate project with plenty of room for fabric play.

Fit note: Your usual size is designed to fit over light layers; choose a larger size if you want a deliberately oversized fit or room for bulkier clothing underneath.
