The Celia Dress is a midi-to-ankle shirt dress with a softly tailored feel. It is fitted through the shoulders and falls into an easy A-line shape from the bust, combining a collar and lapels with a double yoke, three-quarter two-piece sleeves and an optional tie belt.

Side pockets and gentle gathering keep it practical and wearable, while the shirt-making details make it a rewarding intermediate project that is a useful bridge into more tailored sewing.
