The Boatneck Top is a close-fitting jersey basic designed for year-round layering. It has a high, wide boat neckline, fitted shoulders and sleeves, a body that sits around the hip and slightly cropped sleeves that finish above the wrist.

The simple stretch construction makes it beginner friendly, while the clean, fitted shape makes it useful under knitwear in winter or worn on its own in warmer weather.

The Boatneck Top is a fitted jersey pattern which means it needs to be paired with a stretchy fabric. You can use a jersey with an elastane blend or a fabric knitted with plenty of stretch. For a wearable wardrobe basic we recommend using a lovely lightweight jersey in a fibre of your choice.
